I don't understand 'torrent' .. what is it ?
download the torrent client. I use utorrent, here is the download link : http://www.utorrent.com/downloads
install it and then run the torrent file which you've downloaded by utorrent. utorrent will download the live automatically, wait to it reach 100% (finish downloading). You can watch the video.
