  Firstly, you download the torrent file. Then run it by utorrent (download this on the internet). utorrent will help you download the video. when the download finishes completely (100%). You can watch the video by your media player.
  
  torrent is a p2p service. You only can download the file you want when someone is seeding (uploading) it. The old torrent (no one seeds) is not available for downloading.
